The ringer volume switch is located on
the handset. Set it to HI, LO, or OFF.

Remember that the RINGER switch
must be set to HI or LO or the phone will
not ring for incoming calls.

Use the Temporary Tone feature if you
have Pulse (rotary) service, and want
to access custom calling services that
require touch-tone dialing, such as
getting information from a local bank
or credit card company.

1. Dial the number for the custom

 calling service.

2. Press 

 button after you have

connected to the service to enable
touch-tone dialing.

3. When you hang up, the phone

automatically returns to Pulse
dialing mode.
