This feature allows you the option of
accepting a message from a blocked caller
or answering a blocked call with a greeting
only.

If you select
Greeting Only, the display
prompts you with the following:
You may choose to allow blocked calls, as
many unlisted numbers register as blocked.
Same as Standard allows you to clear the
blocking option and have the unit answer
blocked calls normally.
If you select
Take Message, the display
prompts you with the following:
This means that when a blocked call is
received, the unit will pick up on the second
ring, play Greeting 6 (
“Please leave your
message after the tone or unblock your call
and try again.”) and allow the caller to leave
a message for no more than 2 minutes.
If you select
Greeting Only, the unit will pick
up on the second ring, play Greeting 7
(
“Your blocked call is not accepted.”) and
then hang up. You will not hear the greeting
and no message will be taken.
If you choose
Same as Standard, the display
prompts you with the following:
