S25 - DTR Response Time
For DTR option &D1 this register specifies the amount of time DTR must be OFF in
order to return the modem to command mode. For default &DO (ignore DTR) mode this
register is disregarded. S25 units are tens of milliseconds. Default value 5 (50 mSec)
S26 - RTS to CTS Delay Interval
This register is reserved for a future synchronous mode implementation.
