Upgrading the printer’s memory

To install SIMMs:
1.
Switch off the printer, unplug the AC power cord from the wall socket.
2.
Unplug any interface cables from the back of the printer.
3.
Extend the paper output tray extension.
4.
Locate the controller board access panel.
The controller board access panel forms part of the paper output tray. It
looks slightly different on 8ppm and 16ppm printers.

Open the first paper
output tray extension.

tray to the A3 (fully
