socket) on the front of the inverter (8) for grounding. In case of fixed installation, connection to a metal pole planted
in the ground up to a depth of 1.2m is required (the battery pack, if not grounded, should also be connected to this
pole, usually using the negative terminal ). If the inverter is instead connected to the battery on board a vehicle,
simply connect the connector to the vehicle chassis. On boats, connect to existing ground (usually the hull itself).
L’inverter deve sempre essere collegato a terra. Utilizzare per la messa a terra il connettore (che è a sua volta
connesso con la terra della presa a 220Vca) con galletto (o vite) posto sul frontalino (8)
dell’inverter. In caso di
installazione fissa, è necessaria la connessione a un palo metallico piantato nel terreno fino alla profondità di 1,2m
(anche il pacco batterie, se non dotato di messa a terra, dovrebbe essere connesso a questo palo, solitamente
usando il terminale negativo). Se l’inverter è invece connesso alla batteria a bordo di un veicolo, collegare
semplicemente il connettore con lo chassis del veicolo. Sui natanti, connettersi alla messa a terra esistente
(solitamente lo scafo stesso).
MAINTENANCE / MANUTENZIONE
Very little maintenance is required to keep your inverter operating properly. You should clean the exterior of the unit
periodically with a damp cloth to prevent accumulation of dust and dirt. At the same time, tighten the screws on the
DC input terminals.
È necessaria pochissima manutenzione per mantenere il corretto funzionamento dell'inverter. È necessario pulire
periodicamente l'esterno dell'unità con un panno umido per evitare l'accumulo di polvere e sporco. Allo stesso
tempo, serrare le viti sui terminali di ingresso CC.
FUSE / FUSIBILI
Some spare fuses are included in the package. As it is necessary to open the chassis (from the bottom) to replace
the fuses, we recommend that you hire a professional. If necessary, purchase additional fuses and take the originals
with you to show the dealer.
Alcuni fusibili di ricambio sono inclusi nella confezione. Essendo necessaria l’apertura dello chassis (dal fondo) per
la sostituzione dei fusibili vi consigliamo di avvalervi di un professionista. In caso di necessità, acquistare altri fusibili
portando con sè gli originali da mostrare al rivenditore.
NOTE ON DC CABLES / NOTA SUI CAVI DI COLLEGAMENTO ALLA BATTERIA
Your cable should be as short as possible (ideally to use factory spare cables) enough to handle the required current
in accordance with the electrical codes or regulations application. Maximum length is 1m. If Cables have not an
adequate gauge (too narrow) or if they are too long, the inverter performances will decrease; poor surge capability,
low input voltage warnings and shutdowns will happen frequently. UVP warning presents due to DC voltage drop
across the cables from the inverter to the batteries. The longer or narrower the cables, the greater the voltage drop.
Increasing your DC cable size will help improve the situation. Please check following table.
Il cavo deve essere il più corto possibile (consigliamo di utilizzare cavi e ricambi di fabbrica), sufficiente per gestire
la corrente richiesta, in conformità con i regolamenti. La lunghezza massimo è 1mSe i cavi non hanno una sezione
adeguata (troppo sottili) o se sono troppo lunghi, le prestazioni dell'inverter diminuiranno: scarsa potenza, avvisi di
bassa tensione di ingresso e arresti si verificheranno frequentemente. Più lunghi o più stretti sono i cavi, maggiore
è la caduta di tensione. Aumentare le dimensioni del cavo CC aiuterà a migliorare la situazione. Per la sezione dei
cavi verifica la tabella successiva.
Warning! Attenzione! The installation of a fuse must be on positive cable. Failure to place a fuse on “+” cables
running between the inverter and battery may cause damage to the inverter and will void warranty.

NOTE ON AUTOMATIC RESTART / NOTA SUL RIAVVIO AUTOMATICO
In case of autoshutdown, after malfunction with LED and sound alarm, the inverter should automatically restart when
conditions are back to normal (i.e., disconnection of extra load, or lower temperature). If inverter doesn’t
automatically restart, it’s necessary to use ON/OFF buttons to switch it off and wait for a few minutes before switch
it again on.
