Message

Explanation

Fields that are marked on the PATIENT QUESTIONS screen must be filled in by
the tester, otherwise a warning message is displayed.

NOTE:

Only the COMMENTS field is optional.

This message occurs during setup if the Admin selected a Custom Question
entry under PATIENT SETTINGS, but then did NOT enter the question in the
CUSTOM QUESTION menu.
