Handle
1. Remove the brush head and clean the shaft
with clean water.
1. Before cleaning, make sure to unplug the USB AC/DC adapter from the socket.
2. Wipe and clean the surface of the charging stand with a wet cloth.

The power does not turn on
Charging Stand
1. Discharge the battery completely to 0% and then charge for approx. 4 hours before storing.
Battery life is significantly shortened if the product is stored with no battery or fully charged.
2. Unplug USB AC/DC adapter of the charging stand from the socket and clean it.
3. Store the product in a cool, dark place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Storing (In case the product will not be used for a long time)
Rinse the brush head and bristles with water and air dry every time after use. Remove the brush
head from the handle and clean the joint part with lukewarm water at least once a week.
This product uses lithium ion battery. Lithium ion battery is a valuable resource that can be
recycled. When disposing of used products, remove the lithium ion battery and follow the
disposal methods designated by each local government.
2. Use a cloth and wipe the entire surface of the handle thoroughly.

• Never put the charging stand into the water.
• Never use thinners, benzene and alcohol when cleaning as these chemicals may
cause changes in color and shape. Also do not use detergents when cleaning.
• When cleaning the charging stand, check the electrical cord and USB AC/DC
adapter. If you find any defects in the electrical cord or USB AC/DC adapter, stop
using it to prevent any accidents and contact your local service provider.
• Battery level may be low. Charge the product until the charging light turns green.
• Check if the USB AC/DC adapter of the charging stand is properly plugged into the socket.
• Make sure the red light is on when you place the handle on the charging stand
(check for details).

Q3 ： The product can only operate for a few minutes even after being charged.
• Charging time may have been not enough. Charge the battery until the charging lamp turns
green.
* Make the handle stand straight on the charging stand so the bottom of the handle touches the
charging part of the charging stand properly.
Q4 ： Brushing power seems to be weak
• Check the mode you wish to use again.
• If you push the brush head against your teeth too strong, the vibration of the brush decreases.
Place the brush head gently onto your teeth.
• Check if the brush head has been replaced every 3 months.
