28 | Working with the Simulator

Pulses

•

The simulator produces bilateral
carotid pulses manually.

•

The pulses are generated manually
using the squeeze bulb located on
the left side of the simulator.

4.7 CONNECTING THE PULSE LINE

Connect the pulse line by unscrewing the red cap.
Twist the pulse line tube with the squeeze bulb
attachment onto the pulse line attachment.
