Power management

Double-click the

Power Options

icon. The Power Options Properties dialog

box opens.

Select a defined power scheme from the drop-down list.

Set the timers for

Turn off monitor

Turn off hard disks

then save your custom power scheme by clicking

Save As

and typing in

a name for the scheme.

Apply the changes by clicking

To change advanced power management settings:
