Operating Manual Pasta Cooker

5.1 Abglühen der Heizstäbe

The pasta cooker is equipped with a heating element which is cleaned automatically by thermal

heating. When the heater element is lifted it switches off. You may bypass the switching off process by

repeatedly pressing the grey On/Off button.

-

clean device carefully

-

leave water in reservoir

-

lift heating element and rotate to the side

-

check if no inflammable objects are close to the heating element

-

set ventilation to full power to allow the smoke to escape

-

Press On/Off button

-

reduce temperature to approx. 100° C

-

press grey On/Off button

repeatedly (2-3 minutes); as soon as heating element starts glowing and

smoke stops rising the grey On/Off button

can be released.

-

allow heating element to cool down and place in reservoir filled with water and brush clean.
