Operating manual table-top models deep fat fryer/pasta cooker

Safety thermostat (deep fat fryer)

In case of failure of the thermoregulator and the oil/fat overheats or if the oil level is too low the safety

hermostat will activate at 230°C and automatically stop the heater.

The reset button is located below the control element (refer to drawing 7.1 with reset button). Press
this button to reset the safety thermostat. If the safety thermostat switches off continuously please call
service!
