Freezer. You have made a good choice. Your Gastro-Cool appliance 
has been developed for commercial use and is a quality product that 
combines the highest technical demands with ease of use in practice 
– like other Gastro-Cool appliances which are used to the total 
satisfaction of their owners over the whole of Europe.

1 Introduction

This appliance corresponds to the applicable EC safety regulations 
relating to electrical equipment. It has been produced and assembled 
according to the current prior art.

Before you start up the appliance, read through these Directions for 
Use thoroughly.  They contain important instructions for the operation 
and maintenance of the appliance. Incorrect use of the appliance may 
cause damage.

Keep the Directions for Use so that they can be referred to at a later 
date. Pass them on to any subsequent owners. Should you have any
