BARBECUE ASSEMBLY

Barbecue Assembly

NOTE: REMOVE ANY TRANSIT PROTECTION MATERIAL. 

1.  Place the barbecue on the table with the wheels facing toward you.

2.  To unlock the lid, pull out both handles and turn the wheel from ‘HIGH’ to ‘LOW’. 

3.  Lift up the lid.

4.  Fold out the side panels and place them into the notches on either side of the cooking plate.

5.  Remove the drip tray and hook onto the front of the barbecue. 

6. Remove the injector pipe and screw into the burner inlet on the right hand side of the barbecue.

7. Securely attach the hose to the underside of the combination regulator & control knob and gas cylinder.

Packing Up

1.   Before packing up barbecue wait until the hot plate is cool to the touch.

2.   Remove and clean out the drip tray (store under cooking plate).

3.  Unscrew the injector pipe from the burner inlet and remove the hose (store under cooking plate).

4.  Fold back the side panels and close the lid.

5.  Rotate the wheels until the hook on the handle locates in the slot in each wheel.

Cooking Option - Tilt Setting

•  Use this setting to angle the cooking surface downwards, allowing the fat to run off for healthier cooking.  

•  Simply turn both wheels back from ‘LOW’ to ‘HIGH’.
