FAILURE
CAUSE
SOLUTION
11 Interface of battery level does
not get on.
- The battery is not connected to the
bike.
- The KEW SW swithc is in
OFF position.
- The 2A fuse in the operation
wiring is blown.
- The 250A power fuse is blown.
- The watch has an incorrect wiring.
- The watch is damanged.
- Connect the battery 100% charged to the bike.
- Select at the KEY SW the position ON.
- Replace the blown fuse by a new one with same
ampers specification. If failure still there visit the
technical service.
- Go to technical service.
- Go to technical service, ATENTION!! To connect
wrongly the wiring of the watch can damage it
permanently.
- Go to technical service.
12 The main counter does not
get activated
- The battery is not connected to the
bike.
- The KEW SW swithc is in
OFF position.
- The 2A fuse in the operation
wiring is blown.
- The 250A power fuse is blown.
- The pre-charge circuit is
disconnected.
- Connect the battery 100% charged to the bike.
- Select at the KEY SW the position ON.
- Replace the blown fuse by a new one with same
ampers specification. If failure still there visit the
technical service.
- Go to technical service.
- Go to technical service.
13 Head-ligth does not switch on - The battery is not connected to the
bike
- The KEW SW swithc is in OFF
position.
- The LIGTH SW switch is in OFF
position
- The 5 A fuse for the assistant
instalation is blown.
- The headligth is disconnected.
- The converter DC/AC is damaged.
- Connect the battery 100% charged to the bike.
- Select at the KEY SW the position ON.
- Select at the LIGHT SW the position ON.
- Replace the blown fuse by a new one with same
ampers specification. If failure still there visit the
technical service.
- Connect the headligth to the wiring hardness of the
bike.
- Go to technical service.
14 Tail-ligth does not switch on. - The battery is not connected to the
bike.
- The KEW SW swithc is in OFF
position.
- The LIGTH SW switch is in OFF
position
- The 5 A fuse for the assistant
instalation is blown.
- The tail-ligth is disconnected.
- The converter DC/AC is damaged.
- Connect the battery 100% charged to the bike.
- Select at the KEY SW the position ON.
- Select at the LIGHT SW the position ON.
- Replace the blown fuse by a new one with same
ampers specification. If failure still there visit the
technical service.
- Connect the tail-ligth to the wiring hardness of the
bike.
- Go to technical service.
