Lubrication of rotating hook

Adjustment method:

1. Set the lubrication of the rotating hook by adjusting screw

①

. By turning the screw clockwise

amount of oil will be increased, by turning the screw counterclockwise the amount of oil will be
decreased. In order to achieve correct setting, adjustment can be done repeatedly.

2. Check the lubrication amount again after approximately 2 hours of machine operation.

3. Correct adjustment results in decrease of the machine noise and longer operational life of the
hook. Excessive lubrication can stain the sewn material. The amount of coming oil depends on
maximum speed of the machine. If the maximum speed level is changed, it is necessary to check
correct setting of hook lubrication again.
