Before installation
Please read the assembly carefully before starting the wooden house installation to avoid problems which may occur
during your assembly.
The house was manufactured, inspected and packed according to high quality norms and supervision. In order to avoid
potential problems during your assembly, we recommend to check your delivery for its completeness with the list of
pieces before assembly. Inspection of delivery completeness has to be made within 14 days after you have purchased
your wooden house. Warranty claims are limited to the exchange of defective materials. Defective wooden house parts,
which have already been used or painted, are not a subject of warranty anymore.
We recommend:
Keep the house packed until its complete assembly in a dry place but not in direct contact with the ground.
Protect from weather conditions (moisture, the sun, etc).
Do not keep the house package in a heated room.
When selecting a location for the wooden house, make sure that the house will not be subject to extreme weather
conditions (areas of strong snowfall or winds). If so, you should attach the house with anchors to the ground.
Warranty
ATTENTION: Please be sure to keep all documents you receive with the house! The CONTROL Number of your
wooden house is located on the first page of the assembly. Please make sure you have this number on hand as we
need it for a smooth service or complaints processing.
This wooden house is made of high quality fir or pine wood and delivered untreated. Wood is a natural material,
growing and adapting continuously depending on weather conditions. Large and small cracks, colour tone differences
and changes, as well as a changing structure of wood are no errors but a result of wood growing and peculiarity of wood
as a natural material. Therefore our warranty does not cover:
Peculiarities of wood as a natural material
Wooden details containing whole branches that do not endanger the stability of the house
Colour tone variations caused by wood structure differences that do not influence the wooden durability
Wooden details like small cracks (caused by drying) that do not pass through and do not influence the structure of
the wooden house
Twisted wooden details if they still can be installed
Roof and floor boards that may have some uneven areas on their concealed surfaces, colour differences and
wanings
Complaints resulting from a badly carried out assembly or the house collapsing due to a not porperly made
foundation
Complaints caused by self-initiative made changes to the wooden house such as deformations of wooden parts and
doors/windows due to an improperly manner of wood processing.
Wooden house painting and maintenance
Undressed wood becomes greyish after having been left untouched for a while, and can become blue and mouldy. To
protect wooden parts you must overlay them with a wood preservative.
Before assembly we recommend to treat the beams twice all four sides of the board with an oil-based protective
product-to protect the wood from fungus, blackening, and insects. After assembly, a finishing product (paint, wood
preservative or impregnation agent) should be applied to outer and inner sides of the shed- to protect the wood from
cracks, from deformation because of the sun and rain influence. By regularly applying a new finishing layer the life of
your shed shall be lengthened. This should be repeated every 3 years.
