Adjusting the Spring Holders

Before your first ride, you must set the spring holders on the trainer to fit your bike.
TIP: Repeat these steps each time you change bikes.
1 Remove the spring holders   from the frame 

.

2 Remove the dowel pins   and springs   from the spring holders.
