6.2.4. CHANGING THE NYLON THREAD
Remove the bottom cover by pressing the 2 tabs.
Remove the empty thread spool from its housing and
remove all remaining thread.
Cut approximately 12 meters of nylon thread. (You will
find it easier to practice with a shorter thread at first.)
Take the ends of the thread, fold it in half, insert it
into the spool housing (1) and wind the 2 ends of
the thread in the same direction, each along its rail
(direction marked by the arrow).
Lock the end of each thread in the two grooves (2).

Reinsert the bobbin into its housing and place the
ends of the threads in the thread exit holes (4).

Pull each thread until about 12 cm has been ejected.
Install the bottom cover.
6.3. START UP
6.3.1.CHECK POINTS BEFORE START-UP
The supply voltage and current must comply with the
indications on the nameplate. Before starting work,
always check that the machine is working correctly
and is safe to operate.
Do not use this machine if it is damaged or incorrectly
adjusted.
Use this machine for its intended purpose. Any other
use can be dangerous for the user, for the machine
and for people, animals and things that may be
around.
Check:
- Complete the machine and look for loose parts
(screws, nuts, etc.) and damage.
- That the protector is correctly fixed to the machine.
- That the head is not damaged.
