13.1. PÉRIODE DE  GARANTIE

-  La période de garantie (Loi 1999/44 CE)  

 

  conformément aux termes décrits ci-dessous est 
  de 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat, en ce qui   
  concerne les pièces et la main d’œuvre, contre les  
  défauts de fabrication et de matériel.

13.2. EXCLUSIONS

La garantie Garland ne couvre pas :
-  L’usure naturelle due à l’utilisation.
-  Mauvais usage, utilisation inappropriée de la  

 

  machine. Dommages provoqués par une 
  intervention réalisée par du personnel non autorisé  
  par Garland ou utilisation de pièces de rechanges 
  pas d’origines.

13.3. TERRITOIRE

-  La garantie Garland assure une couverture de    
  service sur tout le territoire national.
