The function display is only active if the screw air
compressor unit’s drive motor is running.
The lubricators are fitted with one red and one
green LED. These LEDs indicate the following op-
erating conditions or faults to the operator.

(*) When the lubricator issues this signal, the fol-
lowing message is output on the compressor con-
trol: [Warning: mot.lubr. sys] (also refer to the op-
erating instructions for the compressor control
DELCOS XL).
If the lubricant pipe is blocked, the drive unit in-
creases the pressure to 6 bar / 87psi. When max.
pressure is reached the lubricator starts a special
program comprising three additional lubrication at-
temps carried out within 48 hours to open the lu-
brication channel. If this fails the unit reports an er-
ror.
Special lubrication
If you push the “SET” key for 10 seconds, a spe-
cial lubrication takes place; e.g. for prefilling or
flushing a soiled lubrication point.
