ASSEMBLY
This manual gives instructions on the correct
assembly and safe use of your machine. It is
important that you read these instructions carefully.
Do not insert the battery before
product is completely assembled.
Ensure product is assembled in
the following order:
Fitting the trimmer head with telescopic tube
assembly
Insert the telescopic tube assembly into the trimmer
head illustrated , making sure the arrow on the
trimmer head match with the arrow on the telescopic
tube assembly. Then tighten the adjusting collar to
fix the trimmer head with telescopic tube assembly
Mounting the Cutting Guard
Place the cutting guard on the trimmer head.
Fit the guard onto trimmer head and push till secure
fitting.
For safety, the guard can not be
disassemblied after fit to the
trimmer head.
Mounting Plant hoop guard
The plant hoop guard protects bushes, trees and
plants from being cut by accident.

ADJUSTMENT
Using Adjustable Handle
The adjustable handle can be set in various
positions:
1. To change the position undo the handle wing nut
and move the adjustable handle.
2. Tighten the handle wing nut securely to fix the
adjustable handle in the adjusted position.
Adjusting Product Length
Loosen the adjustment collar.
Pull the shaft out to increase the height, or push the
shaft in to decrease the height. Re-tighten
adjustment collar.
Adjusting cutting head angle:
The lawn trimmer is equipped with a four position
adjustable working angle. This enables
you to easily trim hard-to-reach areas in your
garden.
To set the ideal working position, please follow the
instructions below.
The cutting head should be
inclined slightly forward while
trimming.

• Free trimming
During free trimming, you should swing the trimmer
in a semi-circular motion in front of your body.
• Edge function (vertical cut)
The edge function enables precise and convenient
trimming along the edge of the lawn.

CUTTING AND EDGING
Remove stones, loose pieces of
wood and other objects from the
cutting area.
The blade continues to rotate for
a few seconds after the trimmer is
switched off. Allow the motor/
blade to stop rotating before
switching “on” again.
In order to take full advantage of
the battery capacity, you should
not switch the trimmer on and off
unnecessarily.
Switching On and Off
Press switch and hold depressed. Release switch
for switching off.
Cutting Grass
Move the trimmer left and right, keeping it well away
from the body.
Cut taller grass in stages.
Remove the wheels when cutting long grass
Trimming Edges
Guide the trimmer along the edge of the lawn. Do
not allow the cutting blade to contact paved
surfaces, stones or garden walls, since this will wear
the blade rapidly.

Cutting Around Trees and Bushes
Carefully cut around trees and bushes so that they
do not come into contact with the cutting line.
