ASSEMBLING THE PLASTIC SAFETY GUARD
(See Fig. B1, B2)
Attach the safety guard to the bracket and align the
holes, then tighten the 4 screws using the supplied
screwdriver and spanner.
When fix the safety guard on position(a), the cutting
diameter is 420mm; When fix the safety guard on
position(b), the cutting diameter is 440mm.
ASSEMBLING DRIVE SHAFTS
1. Loosen the clamp by turning the clamp knob
counterclockwise (See Fig C1).
2. Align the shafts and insert the front shaft into the
rear shaft. Rotate the cutting head or blade to make
sure the assembly is successful with right position.
3. Depress the flange(a), then tighten the knob
securely by turning clockwise. (See Fig C2)
INSTALLATION & REMOVAL OF CUTTING SPOOL
ATTENTION: Spindle is provided with a left hand
thread – to loosen turn clockwise.
1. Correctly position the upper plate (a) (which covers
and protects the machine axle from dirt and the lower
plate (b) to the gear shaft and align the holes, turn to fix
with the supplied allen key (See Fig D1).
2. Install the cutting head to the gear shaft, tighten it
securely by hand.
