If your warranty claim is accepted, you will not be charged
for the services provided.
GARDENA Manufacturing GmbH warrants this product
for two years (from the date of purchase). This warranty
covers all serious product defects that can be proven to
be the result of faults in the material or manufacturing pro-
cess. Under the warranty, we will – at our own discretion –
either provide a replacement product that is free of defects
or will repair the product that has been sent back to us free
of charge, provided that the following conditions are met:
• The product has been handled correctly and as per
the recommendations in the operating instructions.
• No product repairs have been attempted by the
purchaser or a third party.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not affect warranty
claims against the retailer/seller.
If you experience problems with this product, please
contact our Service department or send the defective
product to GARDENA Manufacturing GmbH with a brief
description of the fault, ensuring sufficient postage and
compliance with the relevant packaging and shipping
rules. If claiming under the warranty, you must enclose
the copy of the sales receipt.
Consumables:
The blade and excentric drive are consumables and are
not included in the warranty.
