Place the upper frame tube (A) on top of
the lower frame tube (B), lining up the
holes in the centers. Insert an M8 x 90 mm
bolt (DD) through an M8 washer (FF),
through the upper frame tube (A), through
the lower frame tube (B), through another
M8 washer (FF) and into an M8 nut (EE).
Do not tighten completely.
Insert a sleeve (GG) into the center of each
wheel (J). Now attach a wheel (J) to the
wheel crossbar (F) by inserting an
M8 x 55 mm bolt (BB) through an M8
washer (FF), through the sleeve (GG) in the
wheel (J), and into the hole in the end of the
wheel crossbar (F). Tighten securely with hex
wrench (HH). Repeat for the wheel (J) on
opposite side.
