When connecting the oven to the electrical supply you must follow the safety norms in force in
your own country.
Before connecting the oven to the electrical supply make sure that the tension and frequency
correspond to the values indicated on the technical data plate placed at the back of the machine.
The machine must be connected to the earth circuit of the electric network; for this reason the
power terminal has a clip with the following symbol:
The oven must be included in an equipotential system, the connection must be done by a
conductor with a minimum section of 10mmq connected to the clip with the following symbol
placed at the back of the oven:
Use an H07 RN-F cable.
CONNECTION TO WATER SUPPLY
The oven must be connected to drinking water hardness <10°F to avoid blocking of water pipes.
Water pressure between 150 and 250 kPa (1,5-2 bar).
We strongly suggest installation of a watersoftener to avoid calcarious remains.
CORRECT USE OF MACHINE
After installing the machine, turn it on and make the first run with an empty oven at
maximum temperature to eliminate any production grease remains.
Before starting baking in the oven, you must preheat the cooking chamber. This operation
is very important and must be performed for at least 10 minutes every time the oven is
going to be used.
