Use of insufficiently qualified personnel
WARNING!
Increased risk of injury and danger of significant damage to property if
personnel are insufficiently qualified!
There is an increased risk of injury if insufficiently qualified personnel are
used for work on the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system. Furthermore,
improper operation can result in significant damage to the Tool24 PickOne
goods issue system.
„ Only allow appropriately qualified personnel to carry out all
tasks.
„ Do not allow insufficiently qualified personnel to operate the
Tool24 PickOne goods issue system.
Only persons who can be expected to carry out their work reliably are
allowed to be used as operating personnel. Persons whose reactions are
impaired as a result of drugs, alcohol, or medicines are not allowed to
operate the system.
Observe all age­related and job­specific stipulations that are applicable
at the place of use when choosing personnel.
2.4.2 Briefing
The operator must provide regular briefings to the personnel. In order to
improve traceability, a briefing record with at least the following content
must be created:

Date of briefing
„
Name of person briefed
„
Content of briefing
„
Name of instructor
„
Signatures of the person briefed and the instructor
2.5 Personal protective equipment
Personal protective equipment protects persons from adverse effects to
their safety and health during work. The personnel must wear/use the
personnel protective equipment that is specified in the various sections
of this manual when working on and with the Tool24 PickOne goods issue
system.
