Pass-through mode (test mode)
In test mode, the signal of a keyboard connected to the Port A interface is output via
the Keyboard interface. The signal of a mouse connected to the Port B interface is out-
put via the Generic interface.
Port A: Connect the USB keyboard to this interface.
Port B:
Connect the USB mouse to this interface.
Mode: Set the rotary switch to position 9

Keyboard: Use one of the supplied USB connection cables to connect this interface to
one of the computer’s USB interfaces.
Generic:
Use one of the supplied USB connection cables to connect this interface to
another one of the computer’s USB interfaces.
NOTE: The Keyboard and Generic LEDs light up as soon as the respective device is
detected (see also Status displays on page 11).
The Fail LED flashes briefly when the test mode is activated via the rotary switch
(position 9).
NOTE: Use a precision mechanic's screwdriver to adjust the rotary switch.
