Product Installation Guideline
INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: Galvin Specialised products must be installed in accordance with these installation instructions and in accordance with
AS/NZS 3500, the PCA and your local regulatory requirements. Water and/or electrical supply conditions must also comply to the applicable
National and/or State standards. Failing to comply with these provisions shall void the product warranty and may affect the performance of
the product.
1. Fit Body assembly
Secure body with mounting bracket as
shown, so it is protruding past the
finished wall between 8 and 11mm.
Body bracket can be secured with
suitable fixings through the two slots.
It is critical that the centre line of the fitted
body is perpendicular to the finished wall
to ensure correct fitment of the faceplate
and flange.
2. Connect water supply
Connect water supply to correct inlet as
shown, use a suitable thread sealing
compound making sure there are no
obstructions or blockages to the pipework.
Note: Water supply should be flushed
before fitting. The use of in-line strainers is
highly recommended.
3. Fit face plate & flange
Fit O ring to flange groove.
Slide shower face plate on to body.
Tighten flange to secure.
Adjust bracket nuts to ensure face plate is
fully tightened & thighten lock nuts.
4. Fit the control knob
Fit the control knob, ensure when the knob
is set to ‘fixed shower’ the handle is facing
down as shown and when rotated the
handle matches the lines on the face
plate.
Secure the handle with supplied tamper
proof screw.
5. Fit grub screw to flange
Fit grub screw in to flange in either hole
provided. Choosing the hole that isn’t
blocked by the bracket. Tighten grub
screw to 1.5nm.
6. Testing
Once fitted turn on water and check for
leaks and correct operation.

Remove tamper proof screw and roate
control knob until matching faceplate
re-tighten tamper proof screw.
Outlet on body not connected to the correct service outlet
Change outlet connection on body
