5.1 SATELLITE UPDATE
If you have activated your device and it has been more than 72 hours without receiving any
readings/data through your app, it is recommended to update the satellite information.
To complete a satellite update, follow these steps:
Place the device on a flat surface. This
is important as the "Satellite Update"
can take 2-3 minutes and the phone
and unit must remain stationary during
the process.
Open the app and go to "Settings", click
on "Update Satellite Data" to start the
network information update process.
