7.3 Cleaning sliding glasses, front glass and glass shelves.

Use a soft and non
-
abrasive cloth with neutral de-
tergents (pH 6÷8) for cleaning and a soft and dry cloth for
drying.
Do not use
abrasive products or metal scrapers
that may scratch the glass. Do not use corrosive deter-
gents, thinners, alcohol or solvent swhich can damage
the plastic seals and the painted parts of the frame.
Do not use hot water on cold glass as it can break
and be dangerous for the operator.
To remove the sliding glass:
•
Slightly lift up the upper glass [1] from the side
which is not bound by the plastic guide, remove
the glass from the slot, paying attention not to drop
it.
•
Lift up the lower glass [2].
•
For refrigerated cabinets without sliding glass, it is
possible to extract front glass [3]. Remove the
glass stopper screw [4], if any. Extract the glass
from the frame profile by lifting it up from both
sides.
•
Reassemble the parts by following the operations
in the reverse order.
7.4 Cleaning the acrylic glass parts

Use soft microfiber or cotton cloth soaked with
lukewarm water (max. 35° C). If there are halos, add
some neutral diluted detergent (pH 6÷8). Rinse and dry
with a soft and dry cloth. Use a specific product for the
stainless steel display deck.
Do not use
corrosive deter-
gents, thinners, alcohol or solvents.
For cleaning completely the acrylic glass parts:
•
Remove the anti
-
demisting acrylic glass [1], if any,
by unhooking the front part of air outlet baffle. After
that, the anti
-
demisting acrylic glass returns to its
original flat shape. It shall be curved when it is re-
positioned.
