During convection cooking, hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity to brown and make
crisp foods quickly and evenly. To cook with convection, touch CONV. button once and then touch
the number buttons to enter the desired convection temperature. . (0--400°F, 1--180°F, 2--225°F,
3--250°F, 4--275°F, 5--300°F, 6--325°F, 7--335°F, 8--350°F, 9--375°F).
To preheat and cook with convection:
Your oven can be programmed to combine preheating and convection cooking operations.
1. Open the oven door and place the food, close it.
2. Touch CONV. button once.
3. Touch number button to indicate convection temperature.
4. Touch START button to start. Beeps will sound when the designated temperature is reached.
5. Open the door and place container of food at the center of the turntable.
6. Touch the number buttons to enter cooking time.
7. Touch START button to start.
NOTE: When designated temperature is reached, there is a short sound every 5 seconds for 30
minutes. If not open the oven door in 30 minutes, the oven will return to standby mode. The
longest preheat time is 30 minutes, and the preheat time cannot be set.
To cook with convection:
1. Open the oven door and place the food, close it.
2. Touch CONV. button once.
3. Touch the number button to select the convection temperature.
4. Touch the numer button to select the cooking time.
5. Touch START button to start.
NOTE: You can check the convection temperature while cooking is in progress by touching the
CONV. button.
This oven has four pre-programmed settings that make it easy to cook with both convection
heat and microwave automatically.
1. In standby mode, press MICRO.+CONV. button repeatedly to select temperature (225°F,
275°F, 350°F, 400°F).
2. Use number buttons to set cooking time. The longest time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
3. Press START button to start.
NOTE: During cooking, you can check the combination temperature by pressing
MICRO.+CONV. button.

In standby mode, press +30 Sec. button repeatedly to set cooking time (each press to
increase 30 seconds, and up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds). The oven will start working
automatically.
NOTE: During microwave cooking or express cooking program, you can add the cooking time by
pr30 Sec. button.
