6. Setup the Serial Port (COM port) to 115200 baud, 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit and no
flow control, as shown in Figure 4, page 35 .

3.2 Powering ON the Starter Kit Board
1. Turn the PROGRAM/RUN switch to the RUN position..
2. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position.
3. The TLS boot messages will display within the Tera Term VT window (see Figure 5,
page 35 ).

NOTE: For Temperature and Light Sensor (TLS) application set the Baud Rate to
115200. The default baud rate for Serial-to-WiFi application is 9600.
