How to grill using the cast iron roasting pan
1.
Remove the rear wire rack.
2.
Carefully place the cast iron roasting tray onto the
rear grill element.
3.
Turn the control knob for the rear grill element to the
grill setting you require.
4.
Wait until preheating is finished and the illuminated
ring around the control knob remains lit.
5.
Lightly brush the cast iron roasting pan with oil and
place the food in the pan.
