Fully screw in the new low-setting nozzles as
detailed in the table of nozzles.

Slide the spindles onto the gas valve and firmly
tighten the locking screws. Fit and firmly tighten
the cover plates.
Replacing the main nozzles
1
Detach the securing clips from the burner pipes.
Unscrew the burners and extract the burner
pipes. The electrode can be left connected.
Extract the burners from the burner pipes.

Extract the nozzles from the burner pipes by hand
and extract the O-ring.

Check correct fitting of the O-ring in the new
main nozzles. Slide the nozzles onto the burner
pipes. Do not bend the burner pipes!

Fit the burners onto the burner pipes. Fit the
burners. Screw down the burners.

After loosening the screw, adjust the outer
burner's air regulation sleeve to the correct
dimensions (see nozzle table - L1). Tighten the
screw again.

By turning or moving it, adjust the inner burner's
air regulation sleeve to the correct dimension
(see nozzle table - L2).

Fit the cooktop and screw it down evenly. Fit
burner parts and pot supports, paying attention to
correct positioning.

Set the pressure regulator to the correct pressure
(see “Connect gas supply”).
Replacing the main nozzles Wok burner
1
Detach securing clips from the burner pipes.
Remove burner pipes. Loosen screw on air-
regulating tube. Remove nozzle fitting.

Losen the burner holder.

Remove nozzle and O-ring for inner circular
burner by hand. Unscrew nozzle for outer circular
burner (SW10).

Check that O-ring is correctly positioned in new
main nozzle for inner circular burner. Push nozzle
onto burner pipe. Screw new main nozzle for
outer circular burner all the way into nozzle fitting.
