If your appliance needs repairs, our customer ser vice
is there for you. We always find the right solution and
prevent unnecessary visits by technicians.
When you call, please indicate the product number
(E-Nr.) and serial number (FD-Nr.) so that we can
suppor t you in a qualified manner. You will find the
type plate with these numbers on the bottom of the
appliance. To avoid having to search for a long time
when you need it, you can enter your appliance data
and the customer suppor t telephone number here.
Please note that a visit by a customer suppor t
technician in case of an operating error is not free,
even during the warranty period.

To book an engineer visit and product advice
You can rely on the manufacturer’s exper tise. Rest
assured that the repair will be handled by trained
service technicians who have the original replacement
par ts for your appliance.
Packaging and old appliances
The packaging of new appliances as well as old
appliances contain valuable raw materials and
recyclable components.
Please dispose of the individual parts separately,
according to type.
You can obtain information about the latest disposal
methods from your specialist dealer or from your local
government or city council.
