6.3 Installation
Proceed as follows:
– Produce the recess for the appliance in the
worktop. Proceed as shown in the installation
sketch and the dimension table. (Fig. 8)
– Pull off protective foil of enclosed sealing gasket.
Now attach sealing gasket as shown in figure 9 to
the cutout section of the worktop in such a way
that half of the gasket overlaps to the inside.
– Open clamping screws to thickness of worktop.
Swing fastening clamps sideways and fit hob into
the worktop as shown in the installation sketch.
– Swing fastening clamps under worktop and
tighten clamping screws.
– Secure the earthing connector and then the two
6-pole connectors according to the colour
marking on the cooker / control console.
