Power Cut

The appliance bridges a power cut of up to
5 minutes. The operation continues.

After a longer power cut the appliance will switch
off the operation. The

J

symbol appears on the

display and three dashes instead of the
temperature.

Switch off the temperature knob and switch the
appliance back on.

The “first settings” menu reappears if the appliance
is without electricity for several days. You have to
set the clock.
Note: The basic settings remain stored even if the
appliance is without electricity for several days.

If an oven light fails, it must be replaced. Heat-
resistant replacement bulbs can be obtained from
the after-sales service or specialist shops. Only use
these bulbs.

WARNING:

Make sure the appliance and lights

are cool and power to the appliance has been
turned off before replacing the light bulb(s). Failure
to do so could result in electrical shock or burns.

The lenses must be in place when using the
appliance. The lenses serve to protect the light bulb
from breaking.

The lenses are made of glass. Handle carefully to
avoid breaking. Broken glass could cause an injury.

Light socket is live when door is open.
