– Secure the hood on the wall with the four screws

– Establish the pipe connection.
– Establish the electrical connection.
– Stainless steel chimney only (LK 530-010/020):
Pull the protective film off the chimney’s trims.
Note:
Avoid damaging the sensitive metal surfaces.
– Fit the top of the chimney into the base. Make
sure that the fastening holes on the side are at the
top.
– Put both chimney parts onto the hood.
– Pull the chimney top duct up into its final position
and secure the top duct unit with 2 screws on the
ceiling holder (Fig. 22).
Note:
Avoid scratching the surface when pulling out
the top duct element, for example by placing the
assembly template over the edge of the bottom
chimney duct to protect it.
– Reinsert the grease filters.
– Place the glass plates on the appliance with the
printed side facing down.
Note:
When putting the glass trays in place, make
sure that you do not scratch the chimney.
