REMOVING ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (703532)
1.
Remove lever, including pin
-
slotted, from actuator assembly (703047).
2. Loosen and remove (2X) 400064 & (2X) 400066 socket head cap screws holding the manifold
-
head assembly (704329) and head cylinder assembly (703150) and separate both parts.
3.
Tap out pin (703543) from manifold
-
head assembly (704329).
4.
Pull actuator assembly (703532) from manifold
-
head assembly (704329). If unable to remove
by hand, pull out using pliers, being careful not to compromise actuator assembly (703532).
INSTALLING ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (703532)
1.
After replacing o
’
rings on actuator assembly (703532), insert actuator assembly (703532) into
manifold
-
head assembly (704329). (Note direction in picture provided) and push with thumb until
it stops.
2.
Tap pin (703543) back into manifold
-
head assembly (704329) locking actuator assembly
(703532) into manifold
-
head assembly (704329).
3.
Assemble manifold
-
head assembly (704329) and head cylinder assembly (703150) and tighten
(2X) 400064 & (2X) 400066 socket head cap screws.
4.
Re
-
attach the lever, including pin
-
slotted, to the actuator assembly (703047).
