El Mostomatic es un compacto y potente filtro de
mosto para laboratorio, portable y fabricado en inox
por lo que le confiere una larga vida útil. Su función
es facilitar y profesionalizar la filtración de mostos de
manera rápida, limpia y eficaz para los controles de
maduración y entrada de uva, ya que siempre aplica el
mismo vacío, pudiendo con los mostos más turbios y
sucios existentes.

5. Instrucciones
/ Instructions

. Desmontar el aro y colocar el papel de filtro
encima de la pala, posicionar el aro y cerrar con los
cierres regulables. Cerrar el grifo de salida y la llave
de despresurizado.
Remove the ring and place the
filter paper on top of the paddle, position the ring and
close with the adjustable closures. Close the outlet and
depressurized tap.

. Dosificar 100-150 ml de mosto recién prensado en
el vaso de 600 ml, añadir 1 cucharada de tierras, remo-
ver y verter en el recipiente del Mostomatic formado
por el conjunto pala + aro.
Dose 100-150 ml of freshly
pressed must into the 600 ml plastic jug, add 1 tablespoon
of rare earths, stir and pour into the Mostomatic container
formed by the ring.

. Pulsar el interruptor de puesta en marcha y com-
probar con el manómetro que se haga vacío hasta que
la tierra se seque o se considere cantidad suficiente.
Press the start-up switch and check with the pressure
gauge that vacuum is working until the rare earth dries or is
considered enough quantity.

. Colocar un vaso bajo el grifo de salida, despresu-
rizar con la llave de vacío y abrir la llave de vaciado
del mosto.
Place a glass under the outlet tap, depressuri-
ze with the vacuum key and open the must emptying key.

. El mosto saldrá totalmente limpio respecto el
original de la prensa.
The must will be completely clean
compared to the original of the press.

Para su limpieza abrir los cierres regulables, ex-
traer la pala con el papel y desecharlo. Limpiar el filtro
con agua.
For cleaning, open the adjustable closures,
remove the paddle with the paper and discard it. Clean the
filter with water.

. Para nueva filtración insertar la pala de nuevo
y seguir los pasos 01-06.
For new filtration insert the
paddle again and follow steps 01-06.
6. Observaciones
/ Observations
Escoger la dosificación de tierras según tabla
adjunta.
Choose the rare earth dosage according to the
attached table.
Limpiar con agua destilada todo el sistema una vez
finalizada la jornada. Entre muestra y muestra será
suficiente solo con limpiar el depósito.
Clean the
entire system with distilled water after the end of the day.
Between sample and sample it will be enough just to clean
the tank.
En caso de no usar tierras, una vez acabada la
filtración, sujetar por el aro y extraer todo el conjunto
(pala, papel y aro) y desechar el residuo.
In case of not
using rare earth, once the filtration is finished, hold the ring
and remove the whole assembly (paddle, paper and ring)
and discard the residue.
