Este es un equipo para automatizar el análisis del
Índice de Colmatación. Es totalmente autónomo y
permite desatender el análisis durante el proceso
permitiendo poder hacer otras tareas. Requiere
substituir el grifo de salida del equipo IC por la
electroválvula que incorpora el IC-matic para así
poder automatizar al 100% el procedimiento. Abre
/ cierra la electroválvula, cuenta el tiempo, detecta
los niveles 200, 300 i 400ml i finaliza el proceso
con el resultado inmediato en pantalla, se guarda
automáticamente y se almacena en la nube para
posteriores consultas, estadísticas y trazabilidad.

5. Instrucciones

5.1 Montaje previo
/ Previous assembly
01.
Substituir el grifo de salida del equipo IC por la
electroválvula del IC-matic.
Replace the outlet tap of
the FI unit with the solenoid valve of the IC-matic.
02.
Conectar el tubo de silicona de la salida del filtro
a la entrado del tubo IC-matic.
Connect the silicone
tube from the outlet of the filter to the inlet of the IC-
matic tube.
03.
Colocar el tubo IC-matic en el interior del
equipo.
Place the IC-matic tube inside the equipment.
04.
Conectar el equipo a la corriente.
Connect the
equipment to the current.
05.
Añadir una membrana de fitlro al portafiltros.
Add a filter membrane to the filter holder.
5.2 Método Operativo /
Operative method
01. Pulsar el botón ON/OFF. El equipo se
encenderá, mostrará la presentación y el logo
START haciendo intermitencias.
Press the ON/OFF
button. The equipment will turn on, show the presentation
and the START logo flashing.
02. Haga una pulsación corta en el botón START/
STOP y la analítica empezará.
Short press the START/
STOP button and the analytic will start.
03. Una vez acabada, la electroválvula se cerrará y
mostrará el resultado inmediatamente en pantalla.
Veremos los segundos del IC e ICM y los resultados
del IC e ICM. Con los 2 resultados se hace una
evaluación: si son los dos OK el resultado será
ESTABLE. Si son los 2 NOK, INESTABLE y si hay
dudas, REVISAR vino.

Desenroscar el tubo de silicona del tubo IC-matic
para limpiar el tubo de vidrio.

Una vez limpio añádalo de nuevo para continuar.

Observaciones
/ Observations
Puede revisar los resultados pulsando REG y
deslizarse con las flechas.
You can review the results
by pressing REG and scrolling with the arrows.
ESC para salir de todas las pantalals y volver al
inicio START.

Para purgar de forma manual pulse la tecla PURGE.
Si hace pulsación larga la electroválvula quedará
abierta.
To purge manually press the PURGE key. If long
press the solenoid valve will be kept opened.
Para entrar al menú pulse la tecla MENU durante
3 segundos. En él encontrará útil la sensibilidad de
los sensores.

Limpie y seque exteriormente el tubo después de
cada analítica.

Se puede conectar a la nube a través de la APP

En caso de dar error algún led mirar de girar un
poco el tubo sobre sí mismo o limpiar o picar un
poquitín sobre un trapo para que las gotas de la
pared se despazen y no interfieran en el sensor.

a little on itself or clean or poke a little on a cloth so that
the drops on the wall move away and do not interfere
with the sensor.
