LEARN TO USE YOUR FCR 04 OVEN
1.1 FC 04 oven is made both internally and externally in 430 stainless steel, with rock wool
insulation and tempered-glass door with viewing wide area .
1.2 Trays in aluminium, rotating system made by carbon steel whith chromiun bath.
1.3 Heating performed through shielded resistance, temperature control with a thermostat
that ranges between 50º and 250º, timer controls up to 120 cooking minutes.
1.4 420 Internal lights, rotatory system and internal ventilation are activated independently .
2.1 Install equipment on a flat surface.
2.2 Before plugging the equipment to the electric power supply, make sure that voltage
recommended is the same supplied at your facilities.
2.3 Your FC 04 oven is equipped with single voltage 220V motors and resistance.
4.1 Before cleaning the equipment, make sure it has been unplugged from power supply.
4.2 To clean equipment internally and externally, use only a wet cloth.
3.4 Pre heat the oven at the cooking temperature, which varies according to the product that
is going to be cooked.
3.1 Adjust the temperature for cooking by pressing
