H.R.C. Mode
：
English –
HRC Mode :
1. Press UP or DOWN to select H.R.C. mode and press ENTER to confirm.
2. Press UP or DOWN to preset AGE, and press ENTER to confirm.
3. Press UP or DOWN to select 55%, 75%, 90% and Target (default:100bpm).
4. Press UP or DOWN to preset TIME(or Meters), STROKES, CALORIES, and press ENTER to confirm. (Time and Meters can’t preset
at the same time.)
5. Press START/STOP key to start workout.
6. When preset workout value count down to 0, console will alarm bi-bi and stop.
7. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to main menu.
French –
Mode HRC:
1. Appuyez sur UP ou DOWN pour sélectioner HRC mode et pressioner le bouton ENTER pour confirmer.
2. Appuyez sur UP et DOWN pour sé lectionner l’age et appuyez sur ENTER pour confirmer .
3. Appuyez sur UP et DOWN pour sélectionner 55%, 75% et 90% et le tarjet ( par defaut: 100bpm)
4. Appuyez sur UP et DOWN pour sélectioner le TEMPS ( ou distance), CALORIES et appuyez sur ENTER pour confirmer.
(temps et distance ne peuvent pas être sélectioner en même temps).
5. Appuyez sur STAR T/STOP bouton pour commencer l’entrainement.
6. Quand le temps sera écoulé, le display fera bip- bip et s’arrêtera.
7. Appuyez sur START/STOP bouton pour faire une pause dans l’entra înement. Appuyez sur RESET pour revenir sur le menu
principal.
Spanish –
Modo HRC:
1. Presione UP o DOWN para seleccionar Modo H.R.C. y pulse ENTER para confirmar.
2. Presione UP o DOWN para preconfigurar EDAD, y pulse ENTER para confirmar.
3. Presione UP o DOWN para seleccionar 55%, 75%, 90% y Target (por defecto: 100 bpm).
4. Presione UP o DOWN para tiempo preestablecido (o metros), STROKES (paladas), CALORÍAS, y pulse ENTER para confirmar.
(El Tiempo y los Metros no se pueden preestablecer al mismo tiempo.)
5. Pulse la tecla START / STOP para iniciar la sesión de ejercicios.
6.
Cuando se excede el tiempo preestablecido, la consola emite una alarma (bi-bi) y se para.
7.
Pulse la tecla START / STOP para hacer una pausa. Presione RESET para retroceder al menú principal.
