If the bicycle has a dynamo rear light, this must
be connected to the terminals of the headlight.
ATTENTION If one diode is not working the complete lighting unit must be exchanged.
Before each ride, make sure that the tail light is not concealed.
Functions:
Mounting:
Mount the headlight with the enclosed bracket on the bicycles
triple clamp in a way that the cone of light reach the road 10 m
ahead of the bike.
The following mounting heights apply to headlamps on bicycles:
min. height: 400mm
max. height: 1200mm
When mounting the light, make sure that the screws are only
fixed so tightly that the position of the light can not be removed
by itself (i.e. torque required for adjustment > 5 Nm).
The adjustment of the headlamp on the bicycle must be such
that others road users are not dazzled its light.
Bicycles must be equiped with at least one forward-facing white
retro-reflector.
Switch functions:
OFF The headlight is switched off
ON The sensor distinguishes between BRIGHT and DARK
u
BRIGHT (UV light) the main LEDs light up in half light intensity
u
DARK The running light reaches its full capacity
