6.  Remove the Disk-On-Chip and BOOT ROM chips carefully to avoid damaging any pins of ICs.   

We supply a tool to pull out ICs. It takes great care & the proper tool pulling IC upward out in 

even and balancing way from left to the right and from the top to the bottom.
