Operating your Futura Lowering Trailer

If you forget to unlock the safety latches before lowering the trailer, do not

attempt to unlock the safety latches as they will be under load. Raise the trailer

again, then release the safety latches.

CAUTION

Lower the trailer until the rear of the trailer is on the ground. Do not overrun the lifting mechanism winch
down. Stop as soon as the load is light on the ropes. The trailer’s tyres should take some load when the
vehicle is being loaded.

4. Raise the licence plate.
