PC Driver Installation
If your PC has never been used to update a NavPilot 700, 711 or 720 in the past, the Driver software must be
installed on you PC before you will be able to update the NavPilot software. Continue reading below and
follow the instructions for installing the PC Driver software.
If your PC already has the Driver software, skip this section and go to the NavPilot 700 / 711 / 720 Software
Update Procedure beginning on page 5.
1. Connect the USB cable between the PC and the NavPilot Processor Unit.
2. Turn on the Control unit and wait until the following wizard appears on the PC.
3. Select “
No, not this time
”, and then click
Next
.
4. Select “
Install from a list of specific location [Advanced]
” and then click
Next
.
