1.3 Wiring
1.3.1 Power requirement
The DRS2D-NXT/DRS4D-NXT requires either 12 VDC or 24 VDC power. Connect the
red cable to the positive terminal of ship‘s battery; the blue cable to the negative ter-
minal. The black cable is a shielding cable for grounding.
1.3.2 Network cable connection
Connect the LAN connector of the cable assembly to the multi function display de-
vice*.
*: Hereafter TZTL12F, TZTL15F,TZT2BB, TZT9, TZT14,TZTBB, TZT9F,
TZT12F,TZT16F and TZT19F are referred to as ‘‘multi function display device‘‘.
