I.

Align the left and right headboard posts (#1 & #2) with the 
headboard (#3).

II.

Prepare 6 bolt assemblies by inserting FIRST the lock washer 
(#B) onto the bolt (#A) and then the flat washer (#C) onto the 
SAME bolt (#A), in that order. 

III.

Insert two bolt assemblies through the  top holes of the 
headboard (#3) and secure those bolts using the Allen wrench 
(#D) to lock them in with the left and right headboard posts 
(#1-#2) .

IV.

Insert 4 bolt assemblies through the  bottom holes of the 
headboard (#3) and secure those bolts using the Allen wrench 
(#D) to lock them in with the left and right headboard posts 
(#1-#2) . 

V.

Insert 4 screws (#F) through middle area of the headboard 
(#3) and secure those screws using a Phillips screwdriver to 
lock them in with the left and right headboard posts (#1-#2).

Turn right (clockwise) to tighten

Note: Right and left are determined by 
standing in FRONT of the completed bed.
