1. Prepare 8 bolt assemblies by first inserting a
lock washer (#B) onto the bolt (#A) then a
flat washer (#C) onto that same bolt (#A).
2. Place the base (#1) face down
onto a protected surface, then
align the legs (#2) to each
corner. Insert 2 bolt assemblies
into each corner and secure
using the Allen wrench (#D).
Turn upright and make sure all parts are firmly secured.
